Raffi/Principle Photographer

• Morning Session: 10:00 AM
• Afternoon Session: 12:30 PM

Senior Photographers

• Between 9-5 PM

Multiple Teams for Maximum Efficiency:

• We have multiple skilled teams ready to serve you, ensuring availability and flexibility to meet your scheduling needs.

Turn Around Times:

• Turn around times vary depending on which service you book. The turn around times listed below are usually met but they are not guaranteed. There can be many reasons for this. If you have a deadline you cannot miss please let us know before hand.
• Photography & Property Film
  • Standard - Next Day
  • Standard (Raffi) - Next Day
  • Property Film - Up to 3 Days
  • Editorial - Based on the nature of the photoshoot the delivery times on this package can vary greatly depending on the property and the level of difficulty.
• Matterport & Floor Plans
• • Matterport can be ready as early as the same night but floor plans take up to 2 business days. Floor plans can be rush ordered for $50+HST
• Listing Website
  • Listing website is completed once all services have been delivered and listing info has been sent to us

Real Estate Photography Usage License:

• By booking a photography session, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images solely for the marketing and promotion of the listed property. This includes use on websites, social media, print materials, and other real estate listings. The license is valid for the duration of the property’s active listing period. After this period, additional usage rights may be required. Note: This license is strictly for the use of the party who booked the session. It cannot be transferred, sub-licensed, or shared with any other parties, including but not limited to agents, interior designers, architects, stagers, builders, contractors, or other third parties. If the licensee refuses to agree to or follow these terms, I reserve the right to withhold delivery of the images. Additionally, if the images are already delivered, the licensee must immediately remove the images from all marketing materials and platforms.
• Please note, if you wish to feature the photos in publications such as magazines, popular blogs, or other media, you must obtain prior approval from the photographer. All usage outside of property marketing will require consent, and the photographer retains the final say on whether images are featured in such publications. The images are not to be resold or used for any commercial purposes outside of property marketing without prior written consent.
• All copyright to the images remains with the photographer. If you require additional usage rights or have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. As the sole copyright owner, I reserve the right to deny the sale or licensing of the images to any third parties.

Booking Process:

• Simply select your preferred time slot when scheduling your session. Our team will promptly confirm the appointment and provide you with all the necessary details for the photoshoot.
• Cancellation/Rescheduling - There is a 50% cancellation fee of the total invoice amount for shoots cancelled 12 hours prior to the shoot and a 75% cancellation fee of the total invoice amount for shoots cancelled the day of. If the shoot is simply rescheduled these fees are waived.

Custom Scheduling Solutions:

• Should these times not suit your schedule, please contact us directly. We strive to accommodate special requests and will do our best to adjust our schedule to meet your needs.

Editorial Package:

• This package is strictly for real estate use. This does not apply to interior designers, stagers, architects and commercial clients who are looking for interior and architectural photography & videography for their portfolio.
